Mr. Morley has extensive experience in assisting public companies with legal and business matters. Mr. Morley is a director of Waterfront Capital Corp, Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc., Black Panther Mining Corp. and White Tiger Mining Corp. Mr. Morley has been a practicing lawyer and a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia since 1981. Prior to that, Mr. Morley received a bachelor of commerce degree with specialties in finance and real estate.
Mr. Edward Yurkowsi, P.Eng - Director
Mr. Yurkowski is a founder and the President of Procon Mining and Tunneling Ltd. ("Procon"), a Vancouver based full service mining contractor with operations in North America and other continents. Prior to forming Procon (from 1981-1991), Mr. Yurkowski was the President and a part owner of Tonto Mining, a successful mining contractor. Mr. Yurkowski also serves on the Board of Directors of Imperial Metals Corporation, Cross Lake Minerals Ltd. and Selkirk Metals Corp.
Mr. Robert A. Young, Director
Mr. Young brings a great deal of experience and expertise to the board, having provided corporate public relations and development services to many public and private companies over the past 25 years. Mr. Young is also the founder and CEO of the RAYA Group which provides independent financial and corporate advice and business development services to a multitude of clients.
