Orphan Boy Resources Inc.: Hatch Limited Completes Willa Mine Development & Operating Plan
April 21, 2005

Orphan Boy Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ORS) reports that Hatch Limited has completed the Willa Mine Development & Operating Plan Report. The Willa property, located near Silverton, British Columbia, is owned 100 percent by Bethlehem Resources (1996) Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Orphan Boy Resources Inc. The Hatch Report outlines two phases for extraction of the Willa Deposit and is intended to assist Bethlehem Resources with cash flow predictions for the project. Mining grades, recovery, dilution, timing of the work and a description of the mining are covered in the Report. Mining grades have been derived from a geological block model completed by Geospectrum Engineering for Bethlehem Resources in a Preliminary Assessment Technical Report, March 14th, 2003 and Addendum to the Preliminary Assessment Technical Report, January, 2005. Geospectrum reported a Measured, Indicated and Inferred resource of 831,790 metric tons grading 6.38gpmt gold, 0.80% copper and 11.91gpmt silver at a 3.5gpmt gold cut-off grade (reference www.sedar.com for details on Geospectrum's Willa mineral resource).

The erratic nature of mineralization within the Willa deposit host breccia has created a challenge in deriving an underground mine plan that maximizes metal recovery without excessive development costs, particularly as the gold cut-off grade is raised. Using a 3.0gpmt gold cut-off grade for stope envelope design the Hatch mine planning results, which utilize long-hole open stoping, are as follows:
