Orphan Boy Resources Inc., (the Company), announces that the first phase of the 2005 core-drilling program on the Rain Property is scheduled to mobilize to the property this week.
The first phase of drilling will test the previously reported (NR-04-30) highly mineralized “Alfi” outcrop and flanking geochemical (NR-05-10) and coincident magnetic anomalies. Advanced Drilling Ltd. of Surrey, BC, has completed a site visit in order to prepare for the initial 1,200 meters of a planned 5,000-meter core drilling campaign.
The Rain Property, staked by the Company in 2004, is located 65 km north, via Hwy. 23, of the City of Revelstoke, British Columbia, and 22 km southeast of the Company’s recently permitted 1,360 tonne-per-day Goldstream Custom Mineral Processing Plant.
The Rain Property is host to numerous targets and a wide array of mineralization, including VMS and intrusion-related precious and base metal types. Please refer to the comprehensive NI 43-101 Report on the Rain Property on our website at: www.bethlehemmining.com under “Reports”.
In addition to core drilling, geological mapping and prospecting is now underway to further the Company’s understanding of these emerging new discoveries.
Further announcements will be made as results become available.
